Most frequently asked questions:
- Will this cost me anything?
NO. Please see ours Injury Claims FAQ, answers 1 and 3.
- It was years ago that I worked in a noisy place – how can I still claim?
Normally, any claim for compensation has to be made within 3 years of the date of the injury. However, with hearing loss the extent of the damage is not noticed until years later. The 3 years only begins to run from the date that you knew or ought to have known, that you were suffering from hearing loss and that it was attributable to your employment.
