The package of free parking and Metrolink measures put together by Manchester City Council following the recent riots is an excellent initiative echoing the “business as usual” sentiments that we here at Croftons feel about our city. We congratulate everyone involved for sending a defiant and practical message reporting that Manchester is back to normal.
